We finished building this beautiful home built in the scenic Peninsula subdivision at the Lake of Egypt in May 2021. This one story home is complete with three bedrooms and two baths, a mud room, and a utility room. There is another bedroom and full bath above the two car garage. At the back of the house, you can step outside onto the large covered deck.

Inside, the bathroom is a modern oasis with clean lines and stylish accents, and a gorgeous freestanding tub. The white subway tiles are beautifully complemented by hexagonal tiles on the shower shelf and floor, as well as larger, dark gray hexagonal tiles on the bathroom floor. A dark, square shower head adds a sleek touch to the space.
The fireplace is made from Italian travertine stone. The inside of the electric fireplace itself uses decorative rocks and colored lights to add an extra touch of style to the room. One of the standout features of this home is the LVT flooring, which is rapidly gaining popularity in the world of flooring.
