The Peninsula at the Lake of Egypt is a very large and beautiful development.  We have been building there since the Fall of 2012.  Like most lots on the waterfront at the Lake of Egypt, it can be difficult to set the foundation.  Some builders refuse to try and build a house on the steep declines, but we have been building on this lake for decades.  No problem.
