This sixth post in our “Tile Showers” series hopefully gives you ideas for your shower.

There are lots of options in a tile shower other than tile size and color. The main ones to think about are (1) the size and location of niches in the walls for things like shampoo and soap, (2) the size and locations of seats, and (3) the entrance into the shower, which could be a door or a curtain or a glass block wall.

This particular shower has a section of decorative tile as well as the main tile, a divided niche for two shelf spaces, and a sliding glass door.
