border-width: 0px;\" title=\"IMG00155-20110414-1602\" src=\"http:\/\/jackconstruction.com\/jfhblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/IMG00155201104141602_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"IMG00155-20110414-1602\" width=\"320\" height=\"245\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once all of the framing is in place and is level and square then it is time for the decking.\u00a0 On this particular deck, we are installing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tamko.com\/Decks-Docks-Railing\/EverGrainCompositeDecking\" target=\"_blank\">Evergrain Composite Decking<\/a>.\u00a0 This is a great product.\u00a0 It is a low maintenance material which means there is no need for painting or staining.\u00a0 And it comes with a 20-year limited warranty against rotting, splintering, splitting and termite damage.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/jackconstruction.com\/jfhblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/IMG00159201104190834.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;
